RETURN POLICIES

Merchandise may be returned (if in its original, unopened condition) within 30 days of purchase date with proof of purchase. Authorization must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. Please contact Customer Service and an account representative will respond to begin the return process.

Returns must be sent in advance. Customer is responsible for original shipping charges, regardless of whether or not a shipping discount is applied to the original order.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we CANNOT offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
