Shipping Information

SHIPPING WITHIN US:

All orders shipping to locations within the US are shipped via USPS OR UPS
Ground Shipping. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as the U.S.
Armed Forces based in locations worldwide. Most orders are processed within 3
business days and shipped from our warehouse in California. UPS Ground Shipping
typically delivers within 1-5 days within the US.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS OR PRODUCT DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
Damaged product (hidden or not) is the responsibility of the carriers.
If you receive a package damaged upon delivery, have the driver indicate
“damaged” on the delivery slip. Call your UPS office immediately
so an inspection can be performed.
Then call our office at (213) 985-9876 with your name and invoice number
(which you can find in your order confirmation email).
If you discover a damaged product after opening the package,
please follow the same procedure as above
(save the shipping container and the damaged product).
UPS or TASHLIJ INC are not responsible unless this procedure is followed.
We will assist in your efforts and apply the credits appropriately.
If you receive a product in error, please contact Customer
Service so we can issue a call tag, collect the product,
and resend the correct items.
