Merchandise may be returned (if in its original, unopened condition) within 30 days of purchase date with proof of purchase. Authorization must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. Please contact Customer Service and an account representative will respond to begin the return process. Returns must be submitted in advance. Customer is responsible for original shipping costs, regardless of whether or not a shipping discount is applied to the original order. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Overview:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at returns@tashlij.com and ship the item to: 11138 Del Amo Blvd STE 465 Lakewood CA 90715.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you must mail it to: 11138 Del Amo Blvd STE 465 Lakewood CA 90715. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
